We collect what you type into our forms: your first name and email address, anything you tell us when booking a call, and your answers and scores if you take the Profit Activator Scorecard.

We also collect basic technical information automatically, like page views and which site sent you here. This is not linked to you unless you submit a form.

How we use it

  • Send you the book you asked for
  • Send follow-up emails about business growth, usually 3 to 6 over several weeks
  • Produce your Profit Activator Scorecard results and analysis
  • Confirm and manage calls
  • Understand how the site is used, in aggregate

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We use outside services to host this website, send our email, keep our contact records, and produce your analysis. They handle your information on our behalf and only to do that work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How we use AI

We use an AI service to write your Profit Activator Scorecard analysis, and to sort replies to our emails so we answer the right ones first.

Your answers and scores, and your first name, are sent to produce your analysis. If you reply to one of our emails, the text of your reply is sent too, so please assume anything you write in a reply is included. The service handles this on our behalf and does not use it to train its models. No decision that affects you is made by AI on its own.

Cookies and tracking

We do not track you across other websites, and we do not run advertising or retargeting here. This site sets only what it needs to work. Your light or dark mode preference is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details and your Profit Activator Scorecard results until you ask us to delete them, so that your results link keeps working and we can pick up where we left off. Ask us any time using the details below and we will delete them.
